Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 12, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how AppStation LLC (“AppStation LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the RepostWipe iOS application and the RepostWipewebsite (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Policy.

1. The Short Version

2. Information That Stays on Your Device

RepostWipe is designed so that your TikTok account data never reaches our servers. The following information is processed only locally on your device and is never collected, stored, or transmitted by us:

Deleting the app from your device deletes this on-device data. We have no copy of it and cannot recover it for you.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Information you provide to us

The app does not require an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, or other contact details in the app. If you contact us at support@appstationllc.com, we receive your email address and the contents of your message, which we use solely to respond to you.

3.2 Information collected automatically

When you use the app, we and our service providers automatically collect the following categories of information, linked to a randomly generated identifier rather than to your real-world identity:

4. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

5. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA and UK)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal data on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (delivering the app and your subscription); our legitimate interests (analytics, crash diagnostics, improving and securing the Services), balanced against your rights; your consent (push notifications, advertising attribution via the App Tracking Transparency prompt, and analytics where consent is required); and compliance with legal obligations.

6. Advertising Attribution and Tracking

We do not show third-party ads in the app. With your permission, we use Apple’s advertising identifier (IDFA) to measure which of our ad campaigns bring users to RepostWipe. Under Apple’s definitions, this is considered “tracking,” so the app will only access the IDFA if you tap “Allow” on the App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline, the app works exactly the same. You can change your choice at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

7. Service Providers We Use

We share the information described in Section 3 with a small number of service providers that process it on our behalf and are contractually required to use it only to provide their services to us:

8. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share information only:

9. Data Retention

We retain the information described in this Policy only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above. Analytics and crash data are retained by our service providers for limited periods defined in their respective retention settings, after which they are deleted or aggregated. Support emails are kept for as long as needed to resolve your request and for a reasonable period afterward. We may retain aggregated, de-identified data indefinitely.

10. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we collect, including transmitting it over encrypted connections and limiting access to it. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. International Data Transfers

We are based in the United States, and the information described in this Policy is processed on servers located in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, transfers of personal data from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

12. Your Privacy Rights

12.1 Controls available to everyone

12.2 European Economic Area and United Kingdom

If you are in the EEA or the UK, you have the right to request access to, rectification of, or erasure of your personal data; to restrict or object to its processing; to data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@appstationllc.com.

12.3 California (CCPA/CPRA)

In the last 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act: identifiers (random user and device identifiers); commercial information (subscription status and purchase records); and internet or other electronic network activity information (in-app usage and diagnostic data). We collect them from your device and from Apple, for the business purposes described in Section 4, and disclose them only to the service providers listed in Section 7.

We do not sell personal information, we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not collect sensitive personal information. We do not knowingly collect or sell the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age. California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to access it, to correct it, to delete it, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise them, email support@appstationllc.com; you may also use an authorized agent. Because we hold only pseudonymous identifiers, we may ask you for information from your device (such as your random user ID, shown in the app’s settings where available) to locate your data, and we may be unable to fulfill requests we cannot verifiably link to your device.

12.4 Do Not Track (CalOPPA)

Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is no common standard for interpreting them, our website does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. In the app, tracking only occurs with your explicit permission as described in Section 6.

12.5 Other US states

Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and others) may have similar rights of access, correction, deletion, portability, and opt-out of targeted advertising, and may appeal a refusal of a request. To exercise these rights or appeal a decision, contact us at support@appstationllc.com.

13. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, contact us at support@appstationllc.com and we will delete it. Users between 13 and 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian, as described in our Terms of Service.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date above. For material changes, we will provide more prominent notice, such as an in-app message. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the revised Policy.

15. Contact Us

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or our data practices, contact us at support@appstationllc.com.
